Free guide: Happy Bellies, for IBS and constipation

IBS isn't a diagnosis.

It's “we have no idea why you have these symptoms.” This is the 23-page guide that tells you what to actually do about it. Two paths: one if you're blocked up, one if you're crampy, bloated and reacting to everything.

Your bloods came back “fine.”

Meanwhile you're undoing your top button by 2pm, and you know where every toilet on your commute is.

Here's what nobody told you: “IBS isn't a diagnosis. It's ‘we have no idea why you have these symptoms.’ You don't have to accept that as your final answer.”

What's in the guide

Two paths. Because your gut isn't the same as hers.

Pick your path

Constipated, or crampy and reactive?

Two different protocols, because they need two different things. One page tells you which camp you're in, then you only read your half.

Supplements, with doses

What to take, how much, and when

The protocol I use with clients, laid out by time of day. Including the ones you start at a quarter teaspoon, because rushing those is how you end up worse.

A day on a plate

Real meals, not a list of safe foods

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and what I have around training. Written out for both paths, so you can just go and cook.

Every study, listed

The receipts are in the back

Every claim in the guide has a reference behind it. Go and read them. I'd rather you checked than took my word for it.

23 pages. Free. Yours.

Meet Emily

I used to poop 15 times a day.

Constant cramps. Pregnant-looking bloat. A GP ran my bloods, told me everything was “fine,”and said I should be grateful I don't have bowel cancer.

So my naturopath and I ran our own GI-Map. A parasite, a gastro virus, bacterial overgrowth, and next to no good gut bugs. Western medicine couldn't help me. Naturopathy and functional nutrition did.

I've been coaching women for 8.5 years now, and gut symptoms come up in almost every consult I do. Bloating that's been written off as normal. Years of “just eat more fibre” that made it worse.

This guide is the basics, done properly. For most women, the basics are enough.

In their words

Bloating gone. Food back on the menu.

“So much better. Regular bathroom visits. No bloating. I didn't have any feeling like food was in my stomach. I felt hungry again which is a feeling I didn't think I'd miss.”
Weekly check-in
“I ate rice with lunch yesterday and then again with dinner and I didnt have any reaction, no bloating, heartburn, indigestion or anything.”
Weekly check-in
“You have really helped me gain my confidence and my gut has been so much better. I have learnt so much about myself and how important it is to fuel your body correctly.”
Client DM
Tahlia came to me with chronic bloating and IBS symptoms, stuck in the all-or-nothing cycle with food. She lost 21kg, and her gut symptoms improved significantly along the way.

Questions, answered

Before you grab it.

Especially then. IBS is what you get told when the tests come back clear and nobody can explain the symptoms. It's a label for "we don't know," not an answer. This guide is the basics I'd work through with a client sitting in exactly that spot.
