Enough protein and fibre to heal your gut and keep you full. Enough fat to balance your hormones and bring down inflammation. Enough carbs to fuel your body and tell it the famine is over: it's safe to lose weight.

Step 2

Make weight loss inevitable.

Once your body is supported and the stress load is lower, a calorie deficit actually works. Like, really works.Through decreased calories, increased movement, or both, you'll finally see that scale move. (And honestly? Most clients start seeing it shift in step 1 too.)

Step 3

Protect your results.

The most important step. The one almost everyone skips. And the exact reason most people end up back where they started. Once we've hit your goal, we rebuild your calories slowly, snail-pace slowly, so your metabolism can recover after dieting. This is what separates losing weight from keeping it off for good.
